DCA Title was founded in 1957 by the Welshons family and continues to expand throughout the Twin Cities as a full-service title insurance company. Our staff are dedicated in providing prompt and courteous customer service as well as providing clear and correct information by continuing to stay educated and up to date on the industry. We provide title insurance and real estate related services for commercial and residential transaction. Joining with The Title Team has allowed DCA Title to have the same top top-level service and friendly faces with a bigger team.

We take pride in being involved and giving back to our communities. One of our favorite ways of giving back is by doing team building activities that support to our local charities.
