Remote online notarization, often called RON, allows you to complete the entire closing process from the comfort of your own home… or anywhere really! It allows us to take the traditional closing experience and make it digital without losing the face to face connection we all love.
When is it offered?
We offer RON signings for people who are buying, selling, or refinancing their house or property. If you live out of state and want to sell your home in Williston, there is no need for you to waste money on an expensive plane ticket or drive for hours to get to us. We will come to you virtually!
The Process

- Video chat with us and sign your documents virtually.
- Immediately receive your signed documents.

The entire session should take 20 minutes or less.
What is Needed?
- Government Issued ID (driver’s license, military license, or passport)
- American Social Security Number
- Email & Phone Number for Each Signor
- A Device with a Microphone & camera – PC, Laptop, Tablet
