Who We Are

The Title Team is comprised of eight offices located in central and western North Dakota. We are part of a team of professionals who offer outstanding title services to our clients throughout the entire state of North Dakota.

The Title Team began as a three-person operation located in Bismarck, ND. The North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company was founded in 1955 to provide quality service to the Bismarck community. It was formed by a group of innovative business professionals from financial institutions, real estate and law offices. In February 1956 Burleigh County Abstract Company began operating as North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company.

North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company initially began providing abstracting services and quickly moved to the full-service title company concept by offering closing and escrow services, title insurance and abstracting services to their customers.

In July 1985 North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company purchased The Mandan Abstract Company. The Mandan Abstract Company has been serving customers since 1908. In 2003, the company changed its name to Mandan Title Company and in December 2008 they merged with North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company and are now know as Mandan Guaranty and Title Company. The company provides abstracting, title insurance and closing services.

In December 1996 Dickinson Guaranty and Title Company was purchased to extend the full service philosophy to Dickinson and Western North Dakota. Dickinson Guaranty and Title Company has been serving customers for over 90 years.

In December 2007 Minot Guaranty and Escrow Company was opened to further extend the full service philosophy to Minot, Ward County and Northwestern North Dakota.

In the spring of 2009 Renville County Guaranty and Escrow Company was purchased to further extend the full service philosophy to Renville County and Northwestern North Dakota.

In the summer of 2009 Dunn County Guaranty and Escrow Company was purchased to further extend the full service philosophy to Dunn County and Western North Dakota.

In 2010, McKenzie County Guaranty and Title Company in Watford City, ND and North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company in Williston were added to further extend the full service philosophy to Western North Dakota.

North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company is the parent company for Mandan Guaranty and Title Company, Dickinson Guaranty and Title Company, Minot Guaranty and Escrow Company, Renville County Guaranty and Title Company, Mohall, ND, Dunn County Guaranty and Title Company, Killdeer, ND, McKenzie County Guaranty and Title Company, Watford City, ND, and North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company, Williston, ND.
